Oka Foods Vietnam always strives to provide product and service on the basis of convenient purchasing methods, most suitable for all customers. To order and purchase products from Oka Foods Vietnam, customers can do one of the following:

  • Directly contact Oka Foods Vietnam production office at Lot 2, Dien Nam-Dien Ngoc Industrial Park, Dien Ngoc Ward, Dien Ban Town, Quang Nam Province (see map), or
  • Visit the rep. office with Oka Foods Vietnam at 429 Trung Nu Vuong street, Hai Chau district, Danang (see map)

TRANSPORT & DELIVER

With strict standards for frozen food products, products must meet all conditions of delivery and receipt from the company’s warehouse to the customers’ hands. Oka Foods Vietnam has its own shipping system and, depending on the order, will have the most appropriate form of transportation, as follows:

  • Ordered under a contract to provide and process for partners such as supermarkets, schools, hospitals, hotels, restaurants in the areas of Da Nang, Quang Nam, Quang Ngai, Hue will be delivered by the company with dedicated vehicle. Delivery costs will be agreed upon in the economic contract signed.
  • Orders under VND1.0 Million: collected on behalf of Grab and Now services with shipping charges.
  • Orders from VND1.0 Million or more: Please transfer to the beneficiary account of Oka Foods Vietnam (please see below), the delivery fee will be consistent when closing the order. Order value over VND10.0 Millions delivered free of charge during the day, applicable Danang City and Quang Nam.

RETURN POLICY

As part of an effort to upgrade service and better customer care Oka Foods Vietnam announces the following rules for product return:

  • All products sold if the conditions of quality and food safety are not met will be exchanged for free within 02 hours (Returned products must be intact in bags, stored at storage temperature)
  • Customers who buy goods online please check the product when receiving the products carefully and pay for them. In case of receiving the products and discovering a defective error inside the product but not detected by the external senses before, please take a photo of the product and send it to e-mail okafoodsvietnam@gmail.com or Zalo 0913-499-984.
  • All problems occur, if any, about product quality, Oka Foods Vietnam commits 100% return warranty. In case you are not satisfactorily resolved, please contact the hotline of customer service 0913-499-984. Thanks you..
